If you enable it, all users with unconfirmed email address, will be forced to confirm email by code.
Unconfirmed users will be forced to confirm email address 3 days after registration.Note that addresses are automatically confirmed when:
- Email confirmation during registration is enabled
- Email was confirmed by code during changing address
