Upgrade to higher membership
This settings controls the situation when your member already has an upgrade, but wants to buy another one. There are two policies available:
1. Exchange the current one (default) - Member is charged full price for higher membership pack. His old membership pack is replaced by the new one. 2. Make a progressive upgrade - Member is charged proportionally. E.g. He bought his old membership 7 days ago (for 30 days) & old membership costs $300/30 days (so $10 per day), and new membership costs $600/25 days. He used 7/30 days of his old membership, so he has 23 days left. 1 day = $10, so he has the discount of 23*10=$230. So for the new membership he will need to pay 600-230 = $370. |

Resolve referrals limit
Once the member looses the membership for some reason, referral limits must be resolved. Decide how fast the system should do it. See the example: You have a membership Standard with the limit of 50 direct referrals. You also have a membership Premium with the limit of 100 direct referrals. A member upgrades to Premium. In the meantime he gets new referrals and right now he has 85. But his membership expires and he is back to Standard. Titan will remove his 35 referrals (randomly), so it matches his membership limit (50). If the time is set to 0 days, it will happen instantly after the membership downgrade. You can delay this process to give your member the opportunity to upgrade again within the timeframe. |
